When we launched ACU in 2024, it was with a belief that consultancy, creativity, and production shouldn’t move in silos, but in sync.

Background

Brands invest heavily into one-night experiences, yet many fail to translate beyond the physical room. What’s designed to be experienced in person often generates low online impact, with limited traction and short-lived relevance. For the H&M&LA festival, our ambition was to break that pattern. Not to simply amplify the event, but to set a blueprint for transforming a physical experience into a digital moment.

We architected a culturally resonant content ecosystem that reframed the event to a global storytelling moment; not a one-day activation. This was operationalized through a structured three-phase content strategy (pre-heat, live amplification, sustained cultural rollout), ensuring momentum and impact beyond festival grounds.
